Like Rain

Wakheena Falls are an interesting sight to see right off of a location known as the "Old Highway" in Oregon. This scenic highway is littered with waterfalls, including the nationally-famous Multnomah falls. These "smaller" waterfalls tend to get less attention, being trumped by the larger ones, but in some ways that's a good thing. There's certainly less people to get in the way of shots, here.

Still, this shot took about 45 minutes to get right. Simply waiting for people to leave the area was hard enough, not to mention the additional time of adjusting for lighting changes across the 45 minute timespan. Eventually, though, patience paid off in the end.
